File and folder links

Choose the option you want to show by default when a user gets a link.

Note

This setting specifies the default for your organization, but site owners can choose a different default link type for a site.

• Only people in your organization — If links are forwarded, they’ll work for anyone in the organization. This option is best if your organization shares broadly internally and rarely shares externally.

• Anyone with the link — This option is available only if your external sharing setting is set to «Anyone.» Forwarded links will work internally or externally, but you won’t be able to track who has access to shared items or who has accessed shared items. This is best for friction-free sharing if most files and folders in SharePoint and OneDrive aren’t sensitive.

  Important

  If you select «Anyone with the link,» but the site or OneDrive is set to allow sharing only with guests who sign in or provide a verification code, the default link will be «Only people in your organization.» Users will need to change the link type to «Specific people» to share files and folders in the site or OneDrive externally.

Advanced settings for «Anyone» links

Link expiration — You can require all «Anyone» links to expire, and specify the maximum number of days allowed

Link permissions — You can restrict «Anyone» links so that they can only provide view permission for files or folders.

If you are using file requests, the link permissions must be set for View and edit for files and View, edit, and upload for folders.

Для тех, кто не очень хорошо знает английский, можно посоветовать скачать программу на русском языке, что в значительной степени облегчит управление. Пользователи, который скачали данный софт, отмечают его удобство и практичность, поэтому не удивительно, что программа приобрела неплохую популярность. Минусов у нее не наблюдается. Особенно радует то, что при операциях с файлами операционная система не грузиться, что является преимуществом для тех, кто имеет слабые машины.

Display to owners the names of people who viewed their files

This setting lets you control whether the owner of a shared file can see on the file card the people who only view (and don’t edit) the file in OneDrive. The file card appears when users hover over a file name or thumbnail in OneDrive. The info includes the number of views on the file, the number of people who viewed it, and the list of people who viewed it. To learn more about the file card, see See files you shared in OneDrive.

Note

This setting is selected by default. If you clear it, file viewer info is still recorded and available to you to audit as an admin. OneDrive owners will also still be able to see people who have viewed their shared Office files by opening the files from Office.com or from the Office desktop apps.

Let site owners choose to display the names of people who viewed files or pages in SharePoint

This setting lets you specify whether site owners can allow users who have access to a file, page, or news post to see on the file card who has viewed the item.

This setting is turned on by default at the organization level and off at the site level for existing sites. Viewer information is shown only when the setting is on at both the organization and site level. We recommend that site owners turn on this feature only on team sites that don’t have sensitive information. Learn how site owners can turn on this feature.

Note

Historical data is included when this setting is enabled. Likewise, if the setting is turned off and back on at the organization level or site level, the views during the off period will be included in the history.

On the classic Sharing page, you can limit external sharing by security group and shorten sharing links or change their default permission.

Step 2: Choose who to share with & how they can use your file

Share with specific people

1. Select the file you want to share.
2. Click Share or Share .
3. Under «Share with people and groups,» enter the email address you want to share with. 
4. To change what people can do to your doc, on the right, click the Down arrow  Viewer, Commenter, or Editor.
5. Choose to notify people.
   • If you want to notify people that you shared a doc with them, check the box next to Notify people. If you notify people, each email address you enter will be included in the email.
   • If you don’t want to notify people, uncheck the box.
6. Click Share or Send.

Share a link to the file

You can send other people a link to your file so anyone with the link can use it. When you share a link to a file, your name will be visible as the owner of the file.

1. Select the file you want to share.
2. Click Share or Share   Get link.
3. Under “Get Link”, click the Down arrow .
4. Choose who to share the file with.
5. To decide what people can do with your file when you share it, select Viewer, Commenter, or Editor

6. Click Copy link  Done.
7. Copy and paste the link in an email or any place you want to share it.

Share a file publicly

1. Select the file you want to share.
2. Click Share or Share   Get link.
3. Under “Get Link,” click Change to anyone with link.
4. To decide what people can do with your public link when you share it, select Viewer, Commenter, or Editor.
5. Click Done.
6. Copy and paste the link in an email or any place you want to share it.

People who aren’t signed in to a Google Account show up as anonymous animals in your file. Learn more about anonymous animals.

Creating a view share link

You can create a share link to just a specific view of a table within a base—as opposed to the entire base. You can create view share links for all view types—, gallery, calendar, or kanban.

The viewer of the share link will not see any records that are hidden in this view. In the event that you change cell values, add records or fields, or otherwise change which fields and records are visible in the view, the viewer will need to refresh the page to see the most up-to-date version of the view.

If you’d like to take extra precautions to ensure that the configurations of your view share links won’t get accidentally changed (and you’re on an Airtable Pro plan), you can lock the view being shared, which will prevent all collaborators from altering a view’s configuration until it’s been unlocked by someone with creator permissions.

Note that if the shared view exposes a column containing linked records, only the names of those linked records will be exposed. Any viewers of your shared view link will not be able to open up a linked record to see all of the fields of that link record, as they would be able to do if they were collaborators with full access to the base.

When you share a view, you will be given a share link to a read-only page showing only the records in the given view. You can then send this share link to anyone, or even .

The first step is to for sharing. Then, click the share link button in the view bar. This will bring up an option to create a shareable grid, calendar, gallery, or kanban view link. 

Creating a view link will generate a URL which you can copy and paste. Only people with the share link will be able to access this table view.

From the view share link dialog, you can click the preview button to take you directly to the URL and show you how your view share link looks.

Your view share link will look something like this:

You can also click the refresh button to generate a new URL for your view share link. If you refresh the share link, it will invalidate all old links to this shared view.

You can also click the Embed this view on your site option to get a code for an embed (more on that in ).

If the view you’re sharing is a calendar view, you can click the iCal subscription link option to generate an iCal subscription link.

Lastly, you can click the Disable shared view link to disable the link. For more on disabling a share link, please see the .

Construct the OneNote service root URL

The OneNote service root URL uses the following format for all calls to the OneNote API.

The segment in the URL represents the version of the OneNote API that you want to use.

• Use for stable production code.
• Use to try out a feature that’s in development. Features and functionality in beta may change, so you shouldn’t use it in your production code.

The segment in the URL represents the location of the notebooks that you want to access.

Notebooks on OneDrive for Business

Use for OneNote content that’s owned by the current user.

Use for OneNote content that the specified user (in the URL) has shared with the current user. Use the Azure AD Graph API to get user IDs.

SharePoint site notebooks

Team sites and other SharePoint sites can contain OneNote notebooks in their document libraries.

Use for OneNote content on a site in the tenant that the current user is signed in to. Only the current tenant is supported, accessed by using the keyword.

Office 365 group notebooks

Use for OneNote content in the specified group that the current user is a member of. Office 365 groups (which return the unified groupType) are the only supported type of group. Use the Azure AD Graph API to get group IDs.

Samsung Link поддерживает протокол DLNA и позволяет просматривать данные с ПК на телевизорах Самсунг без USB-кабеля в реальном времени. Для трансляции необходимо подключить телевизор и ПК/ноутбук к интернету. Чтобы получить доступ к возможностям программы, зарегистрируйте аккаунт в Samsung Link.

В зависимости от версии софт позволяет открывать общий доступ к файлам одновременно в 10 или 15 папках. Папки не нужно переносить в окно программы или копировать в хранилище. Достаточно выбрать их в меню программы. Добавление файлов происходит автоматически. Самсунг Линк поддерживает трансляцию аудио, видео и изображений.

Для этого требуется регулярная проверка компьютера на вирусы, очистка жесткого диска, используя cleanmgr и sfc /scannow, удаление программ, которые больше не нужны, проверка программ, которые запускаются при старте Windows (используя msconfig) и активация Автоматическое обновление Windows. Samsung Link окажется как нельзя кстати в тех случаях, когда Вам необходимо организовать трансляцию медиаконтента из памяти ПК на сторонние устройства. Например, на телевизор с огромным экраном. Для того, чтобы синхронизировать устройства, следует подключить их к единой точке доступа Wi-Fi. После этого программа предложит пройти регистрацию. Она не является обязательной, однако, отсутствие личного аккаунта вводит ограничения по функционалу.

Еще одна неприятная особенность Samsung Link заключается в том, что пользователю в обязательном порядке придется позаботиться о наличии интернета. Без подключения к сети функционал также будет ограничен. Программа работает с любым контентом – аудио, видео, изображениями. Все это может быть транслировано на большой экран прямо с Вашего ПК без USB-подключения (поддерживается трансляция со смартфона на ПК – при наличии приложения Samsung Link).

Чтобы предоставить определенным файлам общий доступ, поместите их в специальную папку – создавать ее не нужно, это происходит автоматически. Количество общих папок ограничивается десятью. А в отображении общих файлов все не так гладко, как бы хотелось – файлы, добавленные из разных папок, отображаются одним списком. Классифицировать их по дополнительным папкам или отсортировать по различным параметрам нельзя.

Проблемы с изображением

Изображения кэшируются асинхронно, поэтому, когда человек впервые делится вашими материалами, изображение может не отобразиться. Чтобы избежать этого, попробуйте сделать следующее:

— Кэшируйте изображение предварительно путем скрапинга с помощью отладчика публикаций
— Укажите изображение явным образом с помощью

Исходное изображение больше не доступно, слишком велико или мы не можем его получить из-за какой-либо временной проблемы. Убедитесь, что URL изображения доступен для краулера, размер файла изображения не превышает 8 МБ и показ изображения осуществляется с задержкой менее нескольких секунд.

При изменении og:image страницы убедитесь, что старое изображение не удалено с сайта, поскольку в этом случае в ранее сделанных перепостах вместо изображения будет показан белый прямоугольник.

В небольшое изображение квадратной формы преобразуются изображения размером меньше 600 x 315 пикселей, но больше 200 x 200 пикселей.

На кадрирование изображения влияет множество факторов. Например, если мы распознаем лица на изображении, то пытаемся поместить их в центр.

Если изображения крупные, постарайтесь приблизить соотношение их сторон к 1,91:1, чтобы мы могли показать в Ленте новостей полное изображение, не обрезая его.

В перепостах ссылок на страницах всегда используются крупные изображения в пейзажной ориентации. В таком виде они отображаются в Ленте новостей и на ПК, и на мобильных устройствах. Попробуйте загружать изображения с соотношением сторон, максимально близким к 1,91:1, чтобы мы могли показать в Ленте новостей полное изображение, не обрезая его.

Get or create an anonymous guest link

Follow these steps to get the existing link or create one if one does not exist. The anonymous link can be used to view a OneNote file without logging in.

Через Samsung SmartTV

Через смартфон

Для трансляции информации на экран, выберите на смартфоне необходимый файл и нажмите на иконку в виде монитора в верхней части экрана. Файл автоматически начнет воспроизводиться на телевизоре. Смартфоном же вы сможете, подобно пульту, управлять воспроизведением: приостанавливать, прокручивать (пролистывать) информацию, менять громкость.

Sharing Microsoft 365 group-connected team sites

When you or your users create Microsoft 365 groups (for example in Outlook, or by creating a team in Microsoft Teams), a SharePoint team site is created. Admins and users can also create team sites in SharePoint, which creates a Microsoft 365 group. For group-connected team sites, the group owners are added as site owners, and the group members are added as site members. In most cases, you’ll want to share these sites by adding people to the Microsoft 365 group. However, you can share only the site.

Important

It’s important that all group members have permission to access the team site. If you remove the group’s permission, many collaboration tasks (such as sharing files in Teams chats) won’t work.
